You’ve booked your holiday and are looking forward to getting away. But there are still a few questions that need answering. We have set out all the most important information, so you can go on holiday without worrying.

In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be retained. - Cancellations
– Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free
– For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival: we charge 30% of the total price
– Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival: we will charge 90% of the total price - Arrival and departure
Arrival: from 2 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 9 p.m., please inform us by phone!
