The spices and vegetables that we use only rarely come from suppliers, because most of our products come directly from our vegetable garden where we simply pick what we need. We believe that what is grown sensibly and with a green thumb in rich local soil and raised with care, is what makes a spice superb and a vegetable tasty and crunchy.
